supernatural focus

I ask the lord to help me have supernatural focus and not be stressed about everything around me

I slept not well and not enough. I somehow changed day for a night. And cannot help myself. Only God. Also we have to much little obligations in the school and so much changes in the schedule and messages in the mail that i am affraid i will make a mistake. Please pray for supernatural focus...
