studio apartment

Currently living in a studio apartment with my husband and our 2 kids. I prayed for this apartment that we are currently living in. My upstairs neighbors are moving soon and it’s a 3 bedroom apartment which we really really need.

I need guidance to decide whether I should move into this motel room turned studio apartment. It is scary and not good people around me.
