Need to do at least 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of stretching, 1-2 hours of heavy lifting, for my training to increase strength, lose body fat, increase fitness and flexibility, at least 6 days a week and also eat right foods, increase protein, eat clean carbs, need to do 1 hour praying/meditation...
