Dear sir/ madam, I have arthritis and it's causing me a lot of pain in my shoulders, wrists and knees. Its impeding my day to day duties and as years passed the pain increases. I have gone for treatment and doctors gave me steroids, painkiller etc along with thearapy. However it's not helping me...
