stalker bureaucracy

I need the Lord's protection against a stalker, bureaucracy that is not willing to acknowledge my handicap as a SA-survivor with PTSD, and anonymous threats from a person in my building, in Jesus' name I pray for guidance and protection 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I need help from my Christian family❤️
