sore backache

Hi all asking for your prayers please i woke up in the middle of the night with a really sore backache lower back

I pray to God to heal my body, last night couldn't sleep , even now it's still sore, backache and my lower back, please Lord Jesus heal me in the name of Jesus Christ 🙏😇
