slick people

On my job lately I get some slick people who don't pay the full amount or tell me they'll pay a day later(then on the second day say the third day etc.To me this is irresponsible if not downright dishonest.Doesnt the Bible sayvthecworker is worthy of his wages?Request is for me to deal with more...
