shouting fights

No noise from my neighbours usually troublemakers. Numerous family. Even their way of walking is very loud. Pray against any shouting, fights, loud TV etc etc. PEACE AND QUIET in my building, neighborhood, city block. Pray for me to find time to vote today - all Croatia is voting - election day...
