severe unbearable pain

Father I am suffering from severe back pain (lumbar spinal stenosis). Unable to walk and stand. I am in severe unbearable pain. Please forgive me for all my sins and mistakes. Heal me from this pain and suffering and bless me healthy life with my wife and children's.
