severe sinus issues

I have the bondage of nicotine addiction. I have prayed and asked the Lord to deliver me from smoking cigarettes for so long. I don't understand why I can't break free from smoking! Pls help me by praying for this chain/bondage to be broke off of me. Ty and also a family member (Roxann) is sick...
