Screens were opening and closing, screens jumping all over the place. I couldn't control it because it was happening so fast. I tried posting earlier...

Dear God, help me learn all the screens I need to know to serve customers, make changes, add services, change packages, match equipment, port numbers, unlock devices and activate new devices, in the name of Jesus. Thank you

Please pray I can get a lot out of this training. It uses multiple apps and screens and is challenging.
