scary intrusive thoughts

Please pray that I may be relieved by these scary intrusive thoughts. I know they do not come from me but they are becoming stronger and more alarming. Please pray for my complete deliverance. I do not want to be afraid

I feel so bad today just a lot of scary intrusive thoughts of hurting myself. I know it’s the enemy, my name is Jennifer. I’m really scared… I was doing well with prayer for 2 months. I trust in prayer it works.
