same temptation

Dear Lord you know that love you from hart and very grateful for everything you have done for me. I'm human being keep hurting you with my same temptation over over and hurting my love one. You know weak but still great person. Please God help me forgive my self and stop doing same temptation...

i have been struggling with the sin of lust and masturbation.i still find myself falling into same temptation even after repenting from it.pls help me , i want to break from this monstrous spirit.
