same rare swallowing disorder achalasia

Please pray for my Son Bret who is still having pain in his esophagus because of the tear. He's in his mid 30s and I have another son Patrick who has the same rare swallowing disorder Achalasia. They have struggled to get food down and fluids. I appreciate your prayers
