same rank

I am an officer in the Zambia Defense, I have worked for 22 years but have been on the same rank for many years. I have watched my peers and juniors be promoted ahead of me, I am asking that you stand with me in prayer for promotion to the rank of Colonel before this year comes to an end. Amen
