I am at the end of my rope & holding on by a thread.

My wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer, and I have several pressing issues of my own. Things are becoming costly and I no longer work full time but am on retiremet. Her ailment seems to be getting worse. I am at the end of my rope and dont kow where to turn aymore. Please pray for us. Thank you.
