right knee left neck area

I fell head first in my kitchen heading my forehead and popping my neck. I now have a rug burn along my hair line. I also somehow landed on both knees. My knees are bruised and swollen. I couldn't get up and had to call 911 for assistance. I didn't go to ER. I'm really sore and my right knee...
