refined

Please pray my nose is miraculously fixed,the dorsal bump gone and the shape changed for the better as it’s causing me huge distress and I’ve no funds for rhinoplasty. It feels heavy and affects my breathing. Please pray it goes back to a much more refined and lovely shape
