reduced performance

Good day All. I have a request, I know it doesn't sound like something big but I am really sick. Diarrhea, vomiting etc. I also have work tomorrow. I have been on a long break and I am not sure if my boss would be very happy with reduced performance. I know it doesn't sound big, but please pray...
