red pimples

Type Prayer, pray forme am very sick ,not feel well fo a week, my head is acheing haveay ,very strong sensation all over ,have reacted red pimples all over ,my body which is itching, dry heay cough, i need yr prayers people of Most High God. and all so pray fo my chidren and grand kids God...
