recent promotion

My recent promotion has attracted more trouble than joy. I mean I'm more afflicted by my superiors and colleagues more than before. If I check myself well, I'm right in line with my daily tasks and doing even better than before, but all I receive is affliction and shame. Please help me in prayer.
