realist ostrichism

I can't visualize heaven because I'm stuck in the dregs of this world, and all its problems .And I'm not happy about it. Also, I'm not an ostrich so I can't "pretend" that the negative things haven't happened. I'm too much of a realist. Ostrichism don't work for me.
