rd blocks

I need to get into the dmv office tomorrow as a walk in, Been going threw a very hard time trying to get my cdl changed from Virginia to Texas, been a month now and hit alot of rd blocks and if I don't get it tomorrow I'll have to let my truck go, And could lose my job I need a miracle
