quieter atmosphere

Cant deal with the ratrace crowds busyness confusion.Not for me at all.Request is for a quieter atmosphere not as pressured.Im sure this isnt how it was in the Garden of Eden.The ratrace is manmade and it SUCKS.Get me to a quieter atmosphere!!
