postures

I use to sleep and wake up from sleep with my body been wet with sperm. It keeps occuring from years to years. Please pray for me to be free. Second, I am suffering from spinal cord,I can't do all the postures for 30minutes . Anything more than 30minutes, it becomes endurance. Please help pray...
