poor isolation

Its almost midnight and my next door and my upstair neighbours are loud. Music basses and slamming with doors and water flushing - late night shower - it's not good isolation but also my neighbours are pretty much careless. Also I hear noise outside music basses. Lord help. I want to sleep. Amen

No noise from my neighbours. Young men shouting fighting or loud TV. My only room is right next to their living room and poor isolation. I can hear them even sneezing or caughing. Pray that this virus or whatever it is will go away. Nausea stomach Sometimes diziness Boiling in my stomach...
