petty distractions

Every time I try to get spiritual insights,some petty mundane distraction cuts in and brings me down to earth.Hatd to focus on the sublime with these petty distractions .

Getting all kinds of annoying calls scams sales pitches etc. Would like it to stop.Theres enough going on dont need these petty distractions.
