peace of mind and body

Lord Jesus I had to pop sleeping pills again last night which I had weaned off for months. I also had my palpations yesterday after months. Jeal me totally lord Jesus on mind and body and keep me away from all pills. Help me have peace of mind and body and always be my guide and light.
