pcos thyroid vitamin deficiency

Please pray for me... I having severe hairfall... I'm tensed... I don't what is the reason.. Am l have pcod, thyroid, vitamin deficiency.. Now I'm not able to go for a check up.. Pray for me.. I don't know am l doing right thing... Because so many people are affected by Covid..
