painless transition

Heavenly Father, we lift up our uncle who is nearing the end of his life. We pray for a peaceful and painless transition for him. Please send your holy angels to guard him and carry him home. May he find eternal peace and rest in your presence, we pray for this in Jesus'name, Amen
