painful hips

Please pray for me. I have very painful hips and lower back. Dr's have tried injections to relieve pain and PT. It helps for a little bit, but the pain returns. It continues to hurt a lot to the point that I can't walk. I need a miracle or for the Drs to have wisdom to see what is causing it...
