painful enlarged lymph node

Hello. Please there is one extremely painful enlarged lymph node(a swelling) in my groin area. My little son is facing a similar problem but his is even spreading. Now there are about ten on him. Both of us have sought for medical attention over the years but to no avail. Please we need healing...
