painful enemas

I suffer from Crohn's Disease which causes severe constipation with painful piles and I have to do two very painful enemas a week and I honestly can't go on doing them as they hurt so much. I can hardly eat or sleep and am bedridden due to many illnesses. Please pray I will be healed
