pain unease inflammation

No pain, unease, inflammation, swelling in my body. Stomach, muscles, dental flesh/tooth, ligament left foot- no limping. In general i feel bad and weak. I think its mostly from gastritis. Lord protect me from people who comment my life i the way that i must explain myself. Its like a...
