overwhelming distress

For my neighbors that breed dogs and have no consideration for their neighbors. That the Lord would do a great work in them and bring me relief from the overwhelming distress the barking and disgusting smell that has detroyed the peace of my home. Please Lord Jesus help me, Amen.
