outside assistance

My brother is severely autistic and is having screaming attacks again. Jesus Christ please heal his mental problems or any black magic in him. He was very affected by my dad’s passing and concerns me they don’t want any help and my mom won’t accept any outside assistance. Jesus Christ please help.
