other negative emotions

Please help me to change. I want to have a personal relationship with my god. My mind is so unstable. I am driven by lust and other negative emotions in life. My health is not good. I'm very bad at academics. Lastly I am not able to proceed in my spiritual path. Please pray for me. Thank you.
