My boss is clearly discriminating, I am a teacher and I am done with my report card comment I proofread many times even my colleagues tell it looks good, she doesn’t say whats wrong she just says to rewrite it when my other coworker who only wrote few sentences gets okayed, I am so frustrated...

In my work place we have to work off commission but only one person most of the work is coming to when person are to come to us me and my other co worker they either cancel or som else please pay favor over me and my friend life.
