oppressive spiritual warfare

Hi. I need God to save me from oppressive spiritual warfare. I keep trying to live my life, as a 25 year old. But I keep getting attacked that I'm not pretty enough, that I am this or that, like an offense. Especially when I just want to live my life, take care of myself, my things etc...
