ongoing sigh

please say a prayer, i have offended my cousin due to being on edge of a breakdown but he didnt know that, wasnt my intent I just was in a very low space and didnt have energy to talk. now he leaves when I am around. please pray it's not something that is ongoing. sigh. still not in a good space...
