one time injection

So tomorrow I will be on Rogers Park in Chicago( they are sending a car at 530am) so that they can put a needle in this disc in my neck ( i refuse surgery so just a one time injection) at 630 am. I'll be out to sleep but only there few hours then they will have a car drive me back home. Jesus...
