obnoxious pls

Heavenly father I live in Rhode Island and don't like it here at all not even a little bit. All the folks here r mean and rude and obnoxious. Pls I wish I can afford to move to another state where folks r nicer. But I'm sure which state i should move to. Pls intervene for me and pls show me next...
