noisy modified exhaust motorbikes

I'm being stalked by a neighbour several houses away and his gang members just simply because I filed a report of them bringing their noisy modified exhaust motorbikes every night. I need deliverance from their evils and whatever they may be planning against me. In Jesus mighty name help me.
