night hoa

Prayers and quiet from the unit above me. They have 4 adults and 3 children living in a 2 bedroom. They allow the 5 year old child to bang jump throw and make noise till 11-12pm at night. HOA and management company won’t do anything. Prayers for justice. God bless. 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
