Its midnight. My upstair neighbour is going up and down up and down and slaming with doors windows, making noise with their shoes/slippers, toilett water, i can hear their tv to. I cannot beleive that someone can be so umsensitive to their neighbours. It lasts for years even after i repeatedly...
