neck pain dizziness anxiety

I am David i am 37 years old and for the last year i have been dealing with neck pain, dizziness, anxiety and lightheaded and brain fog. I havent been able to figure out whats causing this but it i ruining my life. I need gods healing to make this go away and get my life back. Amen.
