neck jawline area

Just asking for prayers for healing for my son (###). He noticed a lump on his neck/jawline area today. I’m hoping it’s just a swollen lymph node or something and that it is self-resolving and not a big deal. He’s not feeling well either so just praying for healing and restoration. Thank you so much
