neck hyperthyroidism

Help me father I have an enlargement on my neck (hyperthyroidism) my neck keeps swelling and I have been booked for an operation help me Lord. My dad has glaucoma which has made him blind in one eye. My mom has arthritis which makes her find difficulty in walking help us Lord.
