naproxen

I’m on my period and am in excruciating pain. I am on blood pressure medication so I cannot take naproxen or ibuprofen, I can only have Tylenol and it’s not working, I took 8 of them today. I’m in so much pain I feel like I am going to pass out. I can’t take it and it keeps getting worse God...
