muscular malfunctions

I have nerve damage and arthritis throughout my spine and neck and left side of my body that is causing muscular malfunctions, breathing problems, throat opening and closing via spasms, weakness, dizziness, loss of voice... Please pray. In Jesus's name. Amen.
